This might be the easiest “recipe” I’ve ever posted. And when I say recipe, I use that term very very lightly – almost embarrassingly so. But hey, this is just an earnest effort to give you a no-brainer recipe – which, by the way, is SO delicious – so you have more time for the other things in your life. You know, like drinking wine [#priorities] and entertaining for the big game.
Now, I know this isn’t a traditional game day recipe. I don’t want to spark any outrage here and pretend like it is. But serve this beauty up with some crusty bread, and trust me, this will be the real winner on game day. Sometimes you just need those easy-peasy recipes you can whip up at a moments notice without really giving much thought to it. And this is it, my friends. Because real quick, let me walk you through the directions: Marinara in dish. Goat cheese on top. Bake. Serve.
I know, mind blown. It’s like a dip you don’t actually have to work for – so, um, yes please [if you’re looking for a game day dip that’s a labor of love, look no further]. Hey, go wild. Make both. Just invite me to the party, okay? Because I tell you what, I’d pretty much gobble down this sauce-impersonating-dip all over again without any hesitation, thankyouverymuch. So great, see you tomorrow at gametime [thanks for the invite]!
